1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website shampc.online or placing a wholesale order with OÜ shampcmaa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business entity to these Terms.

2. Services and Goods

OÜ shampcmaa provides wholesale electronics distribution. Descriptions of goods on the website are as accurate as possible; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders based on such errors.

3. Payments and Invoicing

We operate on a professional B2B invoicing model:

  • Payment Method: All payments must be made via bank transfer (SEPA/Swift) to the account specified on the invoice. We do not accept credit cards or other payment methods at this time.

  • Currency: Payments must be made in EUR unless otherwise specified.

  • Process: Orders are processed only upon receipt of the full invoiced amount.

4. Refund and Return Policy

In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act for B2B transactions:

  • Standard Wholesale Orders: All sales are final. No refunds are issued for "change of mind" or unsold inventory.

  • Defective Goods: If products arrive damaged or non-functional, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the defect and provide a replacement or credit note.

  • B2C Withdrawal: Individual consumers (not businesses) have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the electronics are returned in their original, unopened packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of OÜ shampcmaa. Use of our brand assets or product photography without written permission is prohibited.

6. Client/Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information and ensuring they have the necessary licenses to import or resell the electronics in their specific jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

OÜ shampcmaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific goods in dispute.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we source high-quality electronics, OÜ shampcmaa acts as a distributor. Any specific performance guarantees or technical warranties are provided by the original manufacturer, not the Company.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
